International Orders Accepted
Hepsi Teknoloji Ltd ISTANBUL welcomes international orders. We ship to countries all around the world. Many customers get the pleasure of the trustworthy shopping with us.

The following policies apply ONLY to international orders.
Placing Orders and Payments
All international orders must be paid via bank transfer – i.e. SWIFT operation. To see the IBAN codes of our corporate bank accounts please click here. In case of failure to ship the order for any reason the amount transferred shall be transferred back. Credit card payments are not considered for the moment
TO ORDER;
- You should send an email to info@hepsiteknoloji.com which includes the link(s) of the page of the ordered product(s), your full name, shipping address and invoice address.
- Please await the verification e-mail of the order which will cover the total amount to be transferred including cargo charges.
- Having received the verification e-mail, you are kindly requested to confirm the order by e-mail, and make the bank transfer.
That’s it ! Your order will be shipped in a few days. We ship only after we receive payment from bank.
Notes:
- If your order is not paid via bank transfer in 7 days, it will be cancelled, as our system will not accept international credit cards.
- Most orders will ship in 1-2 business days after payment is received from bank. All orders are shipped by the PTT – Turkish Postal Service using international postal system. This is the cheapest delivery method, but delivery times may vary depending on your country. The average is usually about 7-10 business days. Please keep in mind that we do our best to have your order delivered as quickly as possible.
- IMPORTANT! Please know that Hepsi Teknoloji Ltd ISTANBUL does not accept the responsibility to know the customs legislation of the destination country nor to warn our customers accordingly. It is the customers’ obligation to know it if necessaary.
- Customer pays all customs fees of their country. If an item does need to be returned, it should be sent so that no customs fees are charged to Hepsi Teknoloji Ltd ISTANBUL. This can be done by declaring the shipper that the order is a return for replacement (or that the item is damaged).
Warranty Information
Unless otherwise stated on the item page, all products are new and non-used. We don’t sell second hand products.
Warranty of products sold in North Cyprus and abroad is valid under international warranty terms, to investigate these conditions is the responsibility of our customers.
Return Policy
- International orders may not be returned for refund.
- If your product is damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement ONLY after examination of a return claim received. All damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving the item.
- All returned items will be tested to verify that they are defective.
- If your replacement is also defective (Meaning you have received 2 defective products from us), after testing and verifying defectiveness, we will issue you a refund minus the shipping costs from your order. We will not send out another replacement.
If you believe that the replacement is defective and after testing the product, we discover that it is NOT defective, we offer the following options:
1. We will ship the item back to the customer (customer pays shipping) or 2. We will refund you the product price minus a 20% restocking fee. (Shipping will not get refunded) |
